Warranty Period

Standard Warranty

  1. All Products Except Apple – 1-year warranty from the date of original retail purchase by the end user.
  2. Apple Products – 6-month warranty from the date of original retail purchase by the end user.
  3. Excluded Products – Certain networking or specialized hardware models may not be covered under warranty. Such exclusions will be clearly mentioned on the product page or invoice.

Extended Warranty (Optional)

  1. Customers may purchase an extended warranty plan for eligible products.
